Derzeit wird in Deutschland wie auch in zahlreichen Nachbarstaaten darüber diskutiert, ob HIV-Tests weiterhin mit einer opt-in-Strategie durchgeführt werden sollen, oder ob auf einen opt-out-Ansatz gewechselt werden sollte.

Da wurde ja schon ne ganze Menge Überzeugungsarbeit geleistet. Anders kann ich auf den ersten die Liste überfliegenden Blick diese bisher stattgefundenen Diskussionen die in den angeführten Papieren ihren Niederschlag finden nicht bewerten. Und – ich fürchte mal als Kassandra – da wurde der Grundstein für eine Befürwortung gelegt. Das ist schon eine sehr subtile Art des Brain Washings.
